Dmytro Grygorenko - Health and Safety Expert, AI Enthusiast, and Experienced Manager

Hello, my name is Dmytro Grygorenko, and I am a health and safety professional with 17 years of experience in the field. I have worked my way up from a field job to a position of Global Director at a large international steel company. This company achieved great success during my tenure, winning the "Change Program of the Year" at the IIRSM Risk Excellence Awards 2020.

Before starting my career in health and safety, I studied AI in university and even created a fully operational and trained AI model for my Master's degree. I wrote all the code from scratch, including the training algorithms, and this experience gave me a deep understanding of AI. I have also always been interested in neuroscience and psychology, earning a diploma in psychology in 2019. This diverse background allows me to approach health and safety from a unique perspective, combining AI and psychological insights.

Throughout my career, I have gained extensive managerial experience, working at various levels of hierarchy from a supervisor in small organizations to the director of a corporate function in the largest private company in my country. This experience allows me to provide valuable training sessions not only for health and safety specialists but also for managers of other functions.
